Michael A. Cifelli is the founder of The Cifelli Law Firm, based in Short Hills, New Jersey, where he provides concierge-level legal services to small and mid-sized businesses, municipal governments, and public employers.

Mr. Cifelli is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses, public entities, and government agencies in complex civil, commercial, employment, and constitutional matters.

He has been a Municipal Prosecutor for 25 year and continues to do so.  In this role, Mr. Cifelli has litigated over a thousand DWI and criminal matters to completion and has earned a reputation for integrity, proficiency and efficiency.

His civic involvement includes more than 15 years as a member - and now Chairman - of the Chatham Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment, as well as prior service as a Commissioner of the Harrison Housing Authority.
